Welcome to Graceful Family Monitoring Services. By accessing my website and using my services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully, as they explain your rights, responsibilities, and the conditions under which I provide supervised visitation monitoring.
1. Services Provided
Graceful Family Monitoring Services offers professional, trauma-informed supervised visitation monitoring services, including:
Supervised visits.
Supervised exchanges.
Off-site visits.
Overnight visits.
Extended visits.
Telephone or video monitoring.
My role is to provide a safe and neutral environment for parent-child interactions in compliance with court orders.
2. Eligibility
My services are available only to individuals who:
Are parties to a custody or visitation case.
Have court-ordered or agreed-upon supervised visitation requirements.
Provide accurate and complete information during the intake process.
3. Client Responsibilities
By using my services, you agree to:
Follow all court orders related to visitation.
Treat staff, children, and the other parent with respect at all times.
Arrive on time for scheduled visits and provide notice of cancellations.
Avoid bringing prohibited items or engaging in behavior that violates visitation rules.
Failure to comply may result in termination of services and, if required, reporting to the court.
4. Neutrality
I act as a neutral third-party monitor. I do not provide legal advice, advocate for either parent, or take sides in custody disputes. My reports and observations are intended only for compliance with visitation monitoring requirements.
5. Scheduling and Cancellations
All visits must be scheduled in advance.
Cancellations require 48 hours’ notice to avoid fees.
Missed visits without prior notice may result in charges or limitations on rescheduling.
6. Fees and Payments
Fees for services are due as outlined in your service agreement.
Payments may be made via cash or Square.
Late or missed payments may result in suspension of services until resolved.
7. Confidentiality and Privacy
I respect the sensitive nature of supervised visitation. All personal information is handled according to my Privacy Policy. However, I may be required to disclose certain information to the court or legal authorities as required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
While I make every effort to provide safe and supportive services, Graceful Family Monitoring Services is not responsible for:
Actions of parents, children, or other parties during visits.
Court decisions or custody outcomes.
Loss, injury, or damages resulting from use of my services, except where prohibited by law.
9. Termination of Services
I reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
A client violates these Terms.
Safety of the child, parent, or staff is at risk.
Payment obligations are not met.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Services are conducted in compliance with California Family Code Section 3200.5 and Standard 5.20 of the California Standards of Judicial Administration. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of California courts.
11. Changes to These Terms
I may update these Terms of Service at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with an effective date.
